Engineering Process

Most new construction projects quickly flow through our engineering process. Our engineers begin by generating initial drawings based on all the information gathered during the quoting process. Then, you’ll review the drawings and make any necessary revisions, which our engineers will implement before releasing the drawings for manufacturing.

3 Manufacturing
Manufacturing

Manufacturing                          

Once approved drawings are released, we begin to manufacture your product. Typically, the lead time from approved drawings is six to eight weeks. As our target ship date approaches, we’ll work with you to coordinate the shipping logistics. Our goal is to get your product to you as quickly as possible, and ease the transition from arrival to installation.

Support and Maintenance 

The installation of your product is just the beginning of our relationship. Our team of experts will provide technical support through the entire lifecycle of your product. We make getting support easy by connecting you directly with an engineer when you call us. Most problems can be diagnosed and fixed over the phone. For more complex issues, our team will work with mechanics at the site to resolve the problem.
