A long-time believer in innovation, Wayne Bené graduated from The University of Missouri in Rolla and began his career in the elevator industry. He quickly developed ideas to revolutionize stagnant technology in a centuries-old industry. Wayne founded EMS Group, Inc. in 1987, and has made a career of serving the freight elevator door industry since then. His experience comes from a deep understanding of engineering practices and continuous evaluation of processes to ensure optimal performance.
